The Colorado Second Gen Rear Seat Deletes are designed to be 100% bolt in and all you do is remove the second row seats as needed.

They are offered in 60% Drivers and 40% Passengers Seat options. You can do one or the other or even both rear seat deletes for a 100% platform. Both the 40% and the 60% feature two doors for access to the storage below the plate.
